WithdrawalSenderTag

Utilities for deriving the sender tag that correlates a Zone withdrawal with its indexed parent-chain WithdrawalProcessed event.

The sender tag commits to the withdrawal sender, the Zone transaction hash containing the ZoneOutbox.requestWithdrawal call, and its fallback nonce.
